It is Stillwater Family Care’s current policy that if an appointment is missed without adequate notice, then a letter is mailed and a fee of $35.00 is charged to the patients account.

If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call (405)533-2433 at least one hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.

This advanced notice with help make it possible for us to fill your appointment slot with another ill patient and avoid charging you the $35.00 fee.
